More swings don’t always mean better swings. Knowing what to work on makes the difference.
Amanda will break down the mechanics, timing, and approach that help hitters compete at a high level, connecting what you do in practice to what happens in the batter’s box. Athletes will rotate through stations to put those concepts into action and learn the purpose behind each station, so they can bring more intention to their training long after the clinic ends.
